1938 Balhorn Buys Concession
E.H. Balhorn, of the Elite Cafe and Ice Cream Store, purchased the concession of the sale of cold drinks, candies, etc., at the Rockdale high school home football games for the season 1938, it was announced Tuesday morning by the concessions committee of the Athletic Council. . . .
